Decree on online gambling: the document stamped by the Department of General Accounts

Online gaming licences, PVR, illegal gambling, safeguarding and protecting players. These are the main points – as reported by Agimeg – of the Decree for the reorganization of online gambling market that has been stamped by the Department of General Accounts (Ragioneria dello Stato) and will now therefore proceed to the Parliament.

Compared to the draft published by Agimeg, there are no substantial changes. The cost of the licence for online gaming remains at 7 million euros, with a maximum of 5 licences that can be requested by a single corporate group. No to skins and a limit of 100 euros per week for top-ups in PVRs.

Here is the FULL DOCUMENT of the stamped decree.
